Iran named best at Russia tourism expo

Iran’s pavilion has been honored at the Moscow International Travel & Tourism Exhibition (MITT) in Russia.

The event organizers selected Iran as the best participant among more than 600 booths from 22 countries.

The closing ceremony of the exhibition was held on Saturday, March 18, 2023.

At the ceremony, Iran was introduced as the best pavilion and received the special statue of the event.

The booths were set up in order to introduce tourist attractions, allocate a part of the Russian tourism market and attract tourists from this country during three days at the 29th Moscow International Travel & Tourism Exhibition.

The MITT is the largest B2B travel & tourism trade show in Russia, attracting representatives of the tourism industry from Russia and all over the world.

In 2022, more than 9,000 travel industry professionals, including tour operators, travel agents, and other companies involved in the travel industry such as airlines, transport companies, hotels & accomodation representatives visited the MITT.
